KG lives and communicates diversity and ethically compliant thinking and behaviour, both internally and externally. Our quality policy is defined in accordance with these corporate principles and our customer-orientated quality principles.

We are aware of our social and ethical responsibility towards the entire value chain and our employees. Global Food GmbH & Co. KG views value retention, appreciation and diversity as a premise to be protected, desired and practised. We rely on motivated and well-qualified employees who work independently. We are constantly expanding the qualifications of our employees through our training programme.

We personally select our suppliers on site to ensure compliance with our standards. Risk and supplier evaluation systems and hazard analyses help to prevent deviations in quality standards and thus strengthen the product safety culture within the company. Our quality management system is not conceived as a rigid system; rather, it is verified and further developed in line with developments in the scientific and technical fields. It is based on a HACCP concept and the requirements of the International Food Standard (IFS-Broker). We work together with strong partner systems such as MSC/ASC, Global G.A.P., QS-Broker and ITW. This is how we guarantee our customers the highest level of product safety.

Thanks to our long-standing and proven partnership with certified suppliers, our customers can rely on receiving the best quality. Then there are the logistics, which are planned down to the smallest detail based on many years of experience. We also have in-depth knowledge of the trading conditions in the various producing countries and our own highly qualified contacts in many different languages – the best conditions for punctual and reliable just-in-time deliveries.

What doesn’t fit is made to fit: we find the right personalised product for each of our customers as part of our individual support. Thanks to the flexibility offered by our partner network, which makes it possible to customise cuts or packages or even create completely new products, no wishes remain unfulfilled.

We, Tamer Sadik and Rami Award, Managing Directors of T&R Global Food, want to produce the best for our customers with dedication and a keen instinct for high-quality food. We are in the 5th generation of activity in the food trade. As you see, we can look back on a long tradition.

Global Meat GmbH & Co. KG in Münster, Westphalia – now T&R Global Food GmbH & Co. KG – was founded at the beginning of 2004. Our vision of building an internationally successful company has been fulfilled. We now operate as a wholesaler and import and export company for fresh and frozen products such as beef, veal, lamb and mutton, fish, seafood and tinned food.

As true connoisseurs, we combine our high standards of product quality with our extensive knowledge of food. We attach great importance to close contact with our suppliers, who share our passion. Our network consists exclusively of producers who operate sustainably and share our values.

The fruits of our labour can be seen in our successfully launched own brands Rico Rancho, Mas Mar, Lareen, Celeste, Fairera, T&R Culinasia and Just Hummus. Our mission to sell products for connoisseurs with responsibility, transparency and passion is realised every day with the help of our own brands. They have therefore long since found their place in retail and catering.
